I understand that actual charges on the final hospital bill will vary based on a variety of factors. These factors may include but are not limited to, the amount of time I am in the hospital, the number of supplies and medications used in my treatment, and unexpected complications. I understand that I may receive treatment from a provider that is not part of Salem Health, which means I may receive a separate bill for their service. I understand that, if I have medical insurance coverage, my insurance policy information will help Salem Health determine my out-of-pocket expenses. I understand that, if I have primary and secondary medical insurance benefits, estimates from Salem Health are only based on my primary insurance benefits. I understand that I should check with my medical insurance company for help understanding my benefits.
